Setting up the Domain (DNS) for Google Apps Sites

If at anytime you are signed off log in and continue where you left off. Make sure you are under the Correct Domain (listed at top of page)
  1. Log into Godaddy.com
  2. Click My Account (Top Right Corner)
  3. Click Visit My Account
  4. After Redirect > Domains > Launch
  5. Find Domain > Click Domain Name
  6. Click DNS Zone File (Second Tab Under Box containing Domain Name)
  7. Click Edit button
  8. After Redirect > Find TXT (Text) Record
  9. Click Quick Add button
  10. First Field (Host) insert "@"
  11. Second Field Add Text Record (Record Proved Below)
  12. Save Zone File
  13. On Pop-Up Click OK
  14. On Second Pop-Up Click OK
  15. Find A (Host) Record
  16. Click Check Mark under A (Host)
  17. Click Delete Button (Red Circle with X located at the top of "A (Host)”)
  18. Save Zone File
  19. On Pop-Up Click OK
  20. On Second Pop-Up Click OK
  21. Find A (Host) Record
  22. Quick Add
  23. First Field (Column Host) insert "@"
  24. Second Field (Column TXT Value) Add A Record (Record Proved Below)
  25. Repeat for all Records Provided
  26. Save Zone File
  27. On Pop-Up Click OK
  28. On Second Pop-Up Click OK
  29. Find CNAME (Alias) Record
  30. Click Check Mark under CNAME (Alias)
  31. Click Delete Button (Red Circle with X located at the top of "A (Host)”)
  32. Save Zone File
  33. On Pop-Up Click OK
  34. On Second Pop-Up Click OK
  35. Find CNAME (Alias) Record
  36. Quick Add
  37. First Field (Host) add Host Record (CNAME Record Proved Below)
  38. Second Field (Points to) add Points to Record (CNAME Record Proved Below)
  39. Save Zone File
  40. On Pop-Up Click OK
  41. On Second Pop-Up Click OK
  42. Finished
