Are all of your customers listed in your reseller console? Click the “Customers” tab under “Customer Registration” to ensure you’re managing and providing a great relationship with your customers.

To transfer a customer to your reseller console, refer to this Help Center article and take note of the changes that will occur regarding subscription and billing. If you need help transferring domain ownership, please file a support ticket by selecting: Issue Type 'Tech Support', Component 'Reseller'and Subcomponent 'Transfers'.

Support issues now published in the Enterprise Support Center

Starting today, critical issues known by the Support Team will be regularly published in the Google Enterprise Support Center (GESC) for you and your customers. These issues will appear as a notification banner to signed in users who access GESC. Simply click “Details” to read more about a specific issue.
